YES! You can submit an unlimited number of WordPress tasks. Individual tasks are limited to approximately half an hour each but there’s no limit on the number of tasks you can send us.

We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.

We strive to complete all tasks within 8 business hours, but it usually happens much faster. Our team is available 24/7.

If we estimate a task to take more than 30 minutes, we’ll provide a quote for your approval.

Our support plans are for live sites only. If you wish to have a new site developed, please contact us for a quote.

We provide daily security scans and if malware is detected, we’ll remove it. Our core and plugin updates also protect your site by keeping your software on the latest version. We’re constantly monitoring security alerts and if we find a vulnerability on your site, we update it as soon as the patch is available.
